Welcome to Jolif.com.au (the "Site"), operated by Jolif Wines ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol from this Site, in accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
We reserve the right to request proof of age (photo ID) at any point, including at the point of delivery. If valid ID cannot be produced, delivery will not be completed and the order may be cancelled or returned to us.
It is an offence for a person under 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase liquor.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, vintages, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing error, with a full refund.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if we cannot verify your age or deliver to your location).
Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud or misuse is suspected.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available to Domestic customers and is subject to our [Shipping Policy].
All deliveries require proof of age (18+). Alcohol will not be left unattended or handed to any person who appears to be under 18 without valid ID, or to any person who appears intoxicated.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Jolif Wines is committed to the responsible sale and service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to any person who:
Cannot provide valid proof of age;
Appears to be purchasing on behalf of a minor; or
Appears intoxicated.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
